BLOCKING

There are two ways to block a member:

1) In the Member Services area, locate the member via “Member Search,” click on their profile and click on “Block Me.” Please let us know the reason you’re blocking that member and click “Block.”

2) In Settings and Account Info: On the top of the website you will find a Settings and Account Info link. Click on it and under Profile Settings, you will find a link called, “Block other Members.” In the box provided, enter the Username of the user that you would like to block and the reason why you are blocking them.

* If that member makes a new account and contacts you again, please contact Customer Service immediately.
